And from reference pictures, the TMP-era USS Hood was an NX-Excel variant ship (NCC-2541) that was later refitted in late TNG/DS9 to the usual NCC-Excel variant (NCC-42296). I also added the USS Melbourne ingame.

Here's another ship that I'm adding to the TMP/TNG pack- the Phase II USS Enterprise. The mesh has not been cleaned up, but it's currently at 15.7k polys. I still have to add minor things like phaser emitters, but that shouldn't add too much to the polycount. Enjoy!

There is a model of the "refit" hanging above the stair case in Planet Hollywood New York. Though it does have the phase 2 nacelles!

there were a couple of versions...there is the version from the posters that had the bigger saucer section that had a larger bulge and an external deflector dish similar to the TOS version..then there was the more contemporary version thats much more closely resembles the final TMP design with the enclosed deflector design..I like the latter design that Wileys making much better..

actually the NV Phase II model is the same as one of the original Phase II models. As you can see, from the pictures, this is based off the same model.

That would be IMO the best thing to do as it would obviously give us the opportunity to pick and choose the ships we want.

At this point, all this work looks so good I'm probably going to download everything! But... it's still nice to have the choice to get what you want.

Sweet Phase II, I've been waiting for that ship a long time. Any chance you might also do the Ralph McQuarrie Enterprise(s) from the never made "Planet of the Titans" movie. It'd make for a good "Enterprises that never were" pack. 8)

You know, there IS a Phase II ship around in the BC Files area somewhere, you have to look for it. And Wiley Cant WAIT for that ship to come out.
