Definitely the angle, that is where the underside begins to bevel outwards, or that is the way it looks to me anyway.

I would suggest that "Argonaut" on the registries have a arch to it. Seems out of place with the hard arch in the numbers. May just be me.

Looking awesome man.

While I was working on the Argonaut ship, DJ has inspired me to build the Enterprise-E again. I do not have much to show on the overall ship yet, but I'm really happy how I modeled Captain's Yacht area. Enjoy this small update.  :D

Well since Wiley has been helping me on the Sentinel, I have been steadily giving him references for the Valkyrie fighter from Star Trek: Invasion, as well as the actual in-game model that was created by Warthog for the PS1 classic, that I had acquired. So this time around it will be as close as it possibly can to the actual fighter. :D

Nice, you wouldn't happen to have pics and such of the Klingon fighter from that would you? possibly the best designed Klingon fighter I've ever seen, you can see the design similarities to the BOP but it's not too derivative. I don't know what it's actually called, so I just gave it the name Hov'elth (Star Sword) until I can figure out what Name it actually has, if any.

I have decent Res pictures of it if need be, also some of the Orion fighters and the Orion Carrier that were designed for the Enterprise series but never actually made it in would work well as 24th century Orion Syndicate stuff.

This year has just started. :D I'm about done with mine, I have yet to build the pylons, but I am VERY happy of how it is looking. I might have something to post fairly soon, maybe in a few days. My Sovereign class is built for the upcoming ST: Invasion ship pack.

So, the U.S.S. Sentinel instead of the Enterprise?

Sweet!

Does that mean that the Enterprise you're building will be based on the First Contact model after all?

I ask, since the Enterprise in the cutscenes in ST:I was based on that model, and the sentinel was based off it too.

No this version of the Sentinel will be based off of the Eaves final refit. :D It will really set the ship apart from the traditional Sovereign, not to mention look completely Awesome!! LOL

Ah, that would explain why Wiley hasn't built the pylons yet since they're slightly different in the final Eaves refit.

This is simply fantastic!

Rock on brother  :yay:
Though much is taken, much abides; and though
We are not now that strength which in old days
 Moved earth and heaven; that which we are, we are;
One equal temper of heroic hearts,
Made weak by time and fate, but strong in will
To strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield.

Woot! I loved ST invasion, would the Titan have blue phasers like it did in the game?

It is way to early to start guessing what weapons the Typhon will have. I'll have to play the game again to confirm each ship's weapons.

I've finished the Insurrection Enterprise-E mesh, and it is in the ballpark with DJ's, mine is 18.1k polys. I've also lowered the nacelles very slightly to compare with FC/INS schematics. Enjoy!  :D
