Wiley, I've finished the hp for the courageous, send me a tac icon so I can finish her up. Also, if you want it released for sfc, send me a 3ds.
I just realised something. I've released over 300 fully modded ships for bridge commander. Bow to your master :D

I recently made a few kitbashes of p81 ships, similar to what Starforce has done in the past.  I also made an assimilated Excelsior ship. :)

Ooh. You have to release that.

Thats caught my attention. Reminds me of the Cour De Lion, which is also one of my favourites aswell as the Ulysses. Looking forward to this and the Kelvin-prise the most Wiley. Nice job. Are the textures gonna be high res aswell?
Can't wait for 2014 to start.

Hey Wiley, I've given you a box of Oreos by now :P Can you do me a favor on the Excelsior Class ship? Do a progressive assimilation pack, like from the mild assimilation you have there to like, half the ship being turned into a Cubeish design. Like how they did the Scout Ship in ST: Enterprise. I seen a lot of assimilated ships but none that follow that trend of assimilating it. This is just a suggestion, if you don't mind a little input.

I found more schematics for the JJ-prise from a thread at trekbbs, so I'm rebuilding the whole ship.  The secondary hull is a pain in the *** to build.  Anyone have any ideas of how to build it?  I could do something similar to MadKoiFish's iConnie at scifi-meshes, with the U-shape cut out of the engineering hull.

EDIT: Images removed because the ship has been released and to save up on space.

Well then, how can I improve it without looking too dated like the 60's version?

The secondary hull is a pain in the *** to build.

I know what you mean I rebulit my Engineering hull 5 times before I was happy with it. I finally built it using polys from the aft section forward. But you've seen my mesh this may not be the best way.

I love the shape of the secondary hull.  Unfortunately, not being a modeller, I can't give a lot of advice, but I'd suggest building the outer part first and then the inner part with the deflector dish.

with the way the curve of the rear is so flowing and less dramatic, and not cut out like it normally is i would shape it using an FFD Modifier cage :)

It looks like the FFD Modifiers are going to be my friend :D.  Here is the JJ-prise version 2- a work in progress.
