Modders do not take requests, I'm sure you've been around long enough to realise (and read the posts where similar issues have cropped up). Baz has already posted saying that he's just quickly wrapping up any loose ends (and seemingly adding more of them

) before the eventual birth of Baz junior so that he wont be leaving projects hanging.

Capitals don't make you louder and just makes you look silly. If it wasn't a "damned" request, then you should've phrased your original post better. Saying "ok wanting to see this JJexcelsior ingame" certainly sounds like a subtle albeit tactless request and baz took it as such.

Right not had time to play with the neck but have fleshed out the the nacelles.

I've tried to retain the feel of the prime verse but add touches from the TMP JJconnie nacelles I recently done.

I think with an oval or slot type bussard might look cool. Possibly instead of the top "hood" like the Connies, make hoods out to the side which would widen it and allow a oval or slot bussard collector? Just a thought. Looking great.

that could be a good idea. that give those nacelles a more oval front shape like the original one.

Hmmm...honestly, I'd design a new nacelle from scratch. The Excelsior's warp engines looked nothing like those of any other ship of her time, so I don't think these should either. I love the rest of the design though.

look up the 1.0 JJ excell he's allready made (http://bridgecommander.filefront.com/file/Baz1701_JJ_Excelsior;104107). I see elements of that nacelle in this version, plus the refit's nacelles.

I say remove the bussard, and continue the striped nacelle thingy like the original engine. but perhaps .......

I've slightly reprofiled the dorsal and rebuilt the bussards and fore section it the nacelle.

The Bussard looks cooler. It reminds me less of the XI and Tos bussard now that it's not round.

Hey baz, I think you should bring the nacelle pylons up further. It would make the design look more streamlined as well as more like an excelsior.
