It started snowing here this afternoon - and it's actually started to pile up enough to be noticed! YAY!!!

nothing here outside of a few flakes hovering about in the breeze lol
no snow at all really so far this winter, here in RI...

not right now, you don't. they got hit with torrential rain and are suffering from mudslides atm.

meanwhile, what's this I hear about europe shut down by winter again? and britan shut down by 5 inches of snow? yeesh, don't brits ever plow?

Annoyingly, I seem to be in a bubble thats getting next to no snow at all. On the other hand though, that means I don't need to drive my incompetent mother into work every day.

there were guys on the radio this morning that were making that "don't plow" comment. I'm gonna correct these guys

and i thought you guys saved the grit to try and fix the tarmac

that's some of the worst roads I've ever seen

holy deja vu batman! lol

theyre saying *another* strong coastal storm is going to form and then move up the coast, hitting us sunday-monday timeframe lol
thats exactly what they were saying a week ago this time, but that storm eventually moved much south of where i am, and out to sea... tho theyre saying "too early to tell" about the storm, this is total deja vu anyway...
hopefully this one will follow the track of it's predecessor and slide out to sea well south of us...

incidentally, it snowed a little bit overnight here coating the ground, but thats it lol
