Well, you've already said something, so I can't hold that against you.  But other people ghost and don't say anything.  They must be thinking something...  I've had two major updates in the last couple of days, and like two comments as well. :(

The Surpassers mesh is smooth, a really nice looking too. I can hardly wait to take it into the fray.

My love
Is wand'ring in star-flight

He'll find in star-clustered reaches
Love,

His star trek
Will go on forever.
But tell him
While he wanders his starry sea
Remember, remember me."

With my 1000th post (yay! :yay:) comes an update to the Ent F.

I'm thinking Independence for the class name.  If you have other ideas, please post.

Independence sounds like a good name to me.  The saucer looks good so far too.  Can't wait to see where you take the design.  How big do you think she'll be compared to the D and E?

Looking good but if it were me, I would shorten the stripe and move the whole thing back ever so slightly.  But that's just me :).

Sounds like a good idea.  I'll do that.

Texturing is coming along nicely...

Saucer would look a whole lot better, if you made the edges a bit "sharper". I like the design of it overall, just think the saucer can do with some improving.

What era is that ship?

And I like your Ent-F saucer

I'll see what I can do about that.

The Surpasser is X-Era, with aesthetics of the Excelsior refit and the Ambassador class.

I'm glad you're going with the Bluish Gray color for her.  I always like that better, as apposed to the Teal color used on the Excelsior Refit.

Yeah, teal doesn't seem very Starfleet-ish.

Better?

Do you have a side view of what your Ent-F concept ship? I have a feeling that most people participating for the contest will have similar designs.

I haven't fleshed out the entire design, but it looks pretty much like my Ent H design that I posted way back when.  Obviously, the saucer on the F is more circular:

EDIT:  Regarding a side view, this is close:

Texturing the saucer.

Can someone out there do the HPing when it becomes time for it?

Top needs some windows and escape pods, that's about it.  Need anything else?
