Something I noticed was that the model's center seems to be near the front instead of in the actual center. This means the ship rotates in-game about a point that is too far forward. Was this intentional?

ok i have had a couple of people say my vor'cha is off center, now out rightly i blammed tiq since he had to re-size it for me, BUT alas seems it was actually my fault, is this a big issue for people or not? if it is i will try my best with OUT giving tiq to much work to fix this, IF it can be done in nifskope all the better

If , I looked correctly, I can make the change in NifScope, fairly easy, I havent Looked at the HP yet.
and you are correct , the placements do need repositioning.

if this is true, please do let me know how you did it, id like to know how else to change the pivot point on models in nifskope rather than how i normally do it.

Nothing to it.

Load your NIF into NifScope as normall.
[ make sure you got "Draw Axis" on so you can see]
then go to NiNode---Scene Root [right click]
goto Transform, then down to Edit [click on it]
[[new window pops up]] goto Translation,
the field for the Y axis [that fore and and aft]
then press up or down arrows, then when you got Axis
where you want  'Accept' then Save your Nif.
there you go

oh i see its spin axis is forward of the centre of the ship... noticed it didnt bother me lol.

i just think its a great ship. my only nitpick is its POWERFUL lol both senses of the word.

its power system is off the screen so it only shows the orange bar on the engineers screen
and
i just took out the vesta class with little damage to my shields and i think only my tractor emitter was damaged lol

but despite these very minor items its a great Vor'cha! well done Phoenix and tiq  :dance

i just love all the panelling :D

Here's how it sits when imported to Blender, either as an export .OBJ from NifSkope or the raw .NIF itself.

Also, unrelated but, when I export it out from Blender to a .X for use in the NanoFX viewer, it will not load. It gets rejected by the viewer instantly. Any ideas? I've converted other models of yours Phoenix, and they have worked fine. I've tried multiple import/export methods, none so far have worked...:(
