Also, unrelated but, when I export it out from Blender to a .X for use in the NanoFX viewer, it will not load. It gets rejected by the viewer instantly. Any ideas? I've converted other models of yours Phoenix, and they have worked fine. I've tried multiple import/export methods, none so far have worked...
Maybe because Phoenix's mesh is that epic.

:yay: Let the bussards be spinning.

No all we have to do is workout how to export bridges without max3 and we are on a winner.
Whatever knocks us back, can only make us stronger.

Nice Work!

@Baz, well the first thing we need to do, is see exactly how Max3's exporter differs from the current one in the way it writes the file, as its operation within the program.

Star Trek Quad-nacelle fanboy Extraordinaire

StarFleet Research and Development Crash Test Dummie/Test pilot

"Beyond the rim of the star-light
My love
Is wand'ring in star-flight
I know
He'll find in star-clustered reaches
Love,
Strange love a star woman teaches.
I know
His journey ends never
His star trek
Will go on forever.
But tell him
While he wanders his starry sea
Remember, remember me."

blimey, that sure wasn't the voice I expected!

had to do some similar manipulation myself when I fixed a couple ships that weren't lit up.  wish I could remember the proceedure...
