Hope you consider me as one of your beta testers.

Oh, so already begging for Beta-ing, huh?

...
Put a good word in for me, okay?
Huh, buddy ole-pal?

Not so much begging as it is what I officially do for most big name BC mods that have come out over the last year and a half.
Can't wait for 2014 to start.

No RCS thrusters Wiley?  Didn't the reference pic have a lot more detail on the nacelles.
I still haven't added the thrusters yet, I will add them.  Thanks for noticing the nacelles.  I will add the additional detail.  Also, I plan to have the bussards animated.  I have done a successful test following the tutorial posted on these forums, and I'm using Genty's bussard textures (see TOS Akira for reference) as a base for the one's I'm altering.

On the animated bussards, do they have a set speed?  Cause if not, I'd suggest that it be a slower spin for the Trek XI Enterprise.

EDIT: The glowing area behind the deflector and just below the torpedo launcher is on the actual ship, though not quite as pronounced.  It doesn't appear to have a function, so I'm sure we'll get some lovely treknobabble on it in the near future. :P

And sorry about the double post, it's gone now.  D'oh!

I should point out that if you are animating the bussards, make sure its inside the bussards. Other wise it won't look right big time.

But great job!

Most of the main textures are done.  I still need to texture the shuttlebay, impulse engine, bridge, and registry.  For the bussards, the outer fan spins one direction, while the inner fan spins the other direction.  Now I have to do the nitty-gritty. :)

EDIT: Images removed because the ship has been released and to save up on space.

Are you going to keep the oranginess in the bussards?

Either way, WOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOO! Beautiful!

I'll decide on that when it's ingame, but right now, that's what it looks like lit up.

I'd guess phasers and torpedoes. :P

I like the color of the bussard collectors.  It may not be what it ends up being in the movie, but it looks good to me.
