Good move bring Dalek in for your HP's. He has done a blinding job on my JJ-refit.

And I'm loving the updates as they come in.

Looks absolutely awesome!

Been gettin sick of all these constitution meshs being made currently, however you've just changed my mind :D The model and textures so far are incredible, in my opinion, this is definitely the best constitution class out there.

Agreed this is the best Connie I've seen but lets not stamp on the little guys who have cut there teeth on this ship, one of who is me (3 JJprises, one TMP refit, one TOS and one JJ-refit). And Wileys is also a fine example of this ship too.

Thanks JB, means allot.. and not to undermine Baz, but I kinda live for making the best I can, "I always want to make the best!!!" who does not? we are all here to make the best we can and I really have worked hard on this ship and if someone says its the best he has seen i will take that in my stride and say thank you very much!!

I will of course not take that without credit to the other meshes already seen here, and with a great input from this community as a whole.. modelers would be nowhere without a community to feed on..     so thank you all., for everything.. if i could drop a COOKIE  mine i would :)   :arms:

Yeah my intention was not to slate any modders making the connie, it's just this has a high standard to it. There's just been so many connie's been released the past few months, it would be good for something else to be released other than another connie. Either that or instead of releasing each version every few weeks, keep rebuilding your meshes privately until you think that you cannot get any better at that particular ship.

Anyways, the finished version of this will be unbelieveable! :D

I wont avoid the fact that the connie, has been over done.. it has and we need some originality, we do and we will. But to do something right is an "Art" and before i model the TNG connie I knida wanna show that I Can make this bad boy properly, I dont know its like going out and drawing a sketch...  DJ made the best Galaxy right?? undoubtedly....  well I would like to try and stamp my mark on the connie. make a standard, if I can....  Why else would "Us modelers be here!!!".....

Indeed. And if we had 1 modeler that could do everything, we wouldn't need more than 1. Variety is the spice of life after all :)

About the TNG connie,

Try to avoid using Galaxy class nacelles or anything that even looks close to being Galaxy class nacelles. People thought in the past that by using Galaxy class nacelles on any ship, it makes it TNG era. Not so. It looks, well to be perfectly honest, lazy.

I'm not sure what else I can give you feedback on.

TMP Connie looks brilliant. Can't wait to fight off the Reliant with this beauty.
Can't wait for 2014 to start.
