In my honest opinion, get rid of the pink bussards. Lose the light blue bussards. Keep the dark blue bussards from the previous page.

need to straighten things out.

The bussards will only glow blue at warp, all other times they will be the dark grill.

The rest of the texture from the nacelle is an edited version of my TMP connie.

This ship will be textured in the TMP style.

I may add that it would look cool to have all color details colored in sky blue instead of TMP pale green-almost grey this would make her fresh and modern ;)

Specs are a weakness (I have yet to add any to ships) but trying to find a tutorial that is any good is hard.

Ask Wiley. Based on the specs seen on his JJPrise v2 and TMP ships, I think he's pretty good at it.

Speculars are all in grayscale. My speculars are based off of how DJ does his. You can get the best appearance if you did the textures yourself.

And turn the contrast up as well to get a greater colour difference between the greys. Or you could completely black out the bits you don't want to show up on the specular.

glad you're not keeping that "nailpolish pink" for the bussards...that's positively Twee (and this from a Yank!).

Speculars: the ship I reskinned had the cheapest speculars I've ever seen. someone simply applied an Emboss/Engrave effect. also, when I tried making my own, it only used the Alpha channel!

Will try specs on this one first.

I hav textured in a hanger deck even though you won't see it in game unless there is a hanger door open script.

something dosnt seem right with the perspective on the open door.
the ship is at an angle, yet the texture looks like im looking at it dead on, other than that everything looks good.

the hanger texture will be gone on the final version and the nacelle texture was built for a previous version of the nacelle and will be replaced

Keep the DARK blue bussards, and do up some nice speculars, man... MM-MM! She's yummy to the eyes, man!
