bc crash!

ok firstly if i try to use Galaxy chart and warp it crash's try single player it crash's use random encounters on the Mission select it crashs any ideas??

also, what kind of crashes are we talking about? are these Black screens of death, crash to desktop, d3D render errors, or full on computer crashes?
